These folks are great. They are a local small business that goes above and beyond with customer service and... availability. They are flexible with scheduling, informative, and clearly care about what they do. When picking up my other, I stayed and chatted for a while just because they are so friendly! Definitely the kind of people that I feel comfortable purchasing from.

Impeccable service and great price on semi-custom CT Others. All questions were addressed and answered in a timely... manner, friendly, and with service comes first as the motto. Had slight issue with a purchase and Mic addressed it immediately and met me at a time comfortable to me in the middle of the night.read more

Recently purchased a CT Other. Lee and Jess were extremely helpful! Walked me through the firearm prior to purchase, as... well as after the purchase. They were offering a deal where it was roughly $500 for the 5.56 other, custom Fire/Safety wording as well as custom serial number. BY FAR the friendliest and most personable people I've done business with in general.
They put the customer first when it comes to their business. They were upfront with the time line, and even gave a backup time line, if material did not reach their standard of quality.
Will go to them first over other FFL dealers within CT!read more
